I got a traditional pinwheel flower at the Lancaster Tattoo convention from Tom of Small World Tattoo. I also met Evan who was really cool! Tom was awesome and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and get this completed in no time. They both are talented tattoo artists and have awesome designs.
